We assist clients in evaluating, structuring, and applying for credit facilities—including Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans, Business/Working Capital Loans, Personal Loans, and related financial products.
  • Not a Direct Lender: MS Capital & Realty Advisors is not a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), or direct financial lending institution. We do not issue loans or extend credit directly from our own funds. All loan approvals, interest rates, sanctions, loan-to-value (LTV) ratios, processing fees, and disbursals are determined solely at the discretion of partner banks, housing finance companies (HFCs), and RBI-registered NBFCs.

2. User Eligibility & Accuracy of Information

  • Eligibility: By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements under Indian law.
